DTF can be applied on a wide range of materials including, cotton, nylon, treated leather, polyester, 50/50 blends and more (light and dark fabrics).

• Recommend minimum 300dpi
• Save file as .png file format with a transparent background
• For optimal touch, knockout as much color as possible
• Your file will be printed as it is sent to us.
• We print the file reversed and ready for transfer. If you do not wish it to be flipped please let us know.

Pressing Instructions

Set heat press to 300-320 degrees Fahrenheit

Press for 10 seconds with medium pressure (approx. 30-40 PSI)

Let items cool down completely

Carefully peel from corner downward after transfer is cooled

Cover with Teflon sheet and repress for 10 more seconds to seal in your design

Our current turnaround is approximately 1-3 business days – does not including weekends or holidays.

Colors: We are not responsible for colors. You must check your colors — we do not match colors and we do not check colors for you. Please check your pantone colors as what you see on the screen is not necessarily what will print.

Small, Fine Print: Words less than 0.35 inches will not come out well and will most likely not transfer onto the garment. Fine, tiny details will not adhere to the transfer. Be sure to add a stroke and make any fine details thicker for best results.
